How to make a tutu or netting underskirt?
An easy method is preffered as im a novice at this 
Its to go under a calico skirt with emroidery on.
Not a massive sticking out tutu just to give it a bit of volume.

It is not to wear but for my Textiles peice, just looks a bit plain and i have to put it on exibition soon.
you just need a simple square shaped skirt block (1950's style would be the best) - which has a gathering line on it - this will give you the fullness your looking for.The fabric for a tutu style skirt is Tulle which is a bit softer that dress netting.
